Faith of a little boy

Yesterday, while I was working on Primary stuff, yet again, Trev was watching a movie on tv. A commercial came on for back pain relief medicine. Dave was heading to the store to grab a few things, Trev told him 'Dad, you need to buy that back medicine for Mom. So she can feel better' Dave: O-K (the whatever reaction). Me: you are such a sweet son! Trev: Mom, when you take the medicine the red stuff will leave your body. (on the commercial it shows the flaming/throbbing red muscles going thru your body) Me: well i'm not sure if it will work for me, cuz my back might not fix. Why do you want want Mom to take the medicine? Trev: I don't want your back to hurt anymore, so we can play Duck Duck Goose. Me: (laughing) I would love to play with you, if I could! So Dave came home with a box of medicine and Trevor was elated!! So he made me take it, although I was still unable to play Duck Duck Goose, it did help a little. He was taking care of me by rubbing my back and said the medicine says you need to lay on the couch so it will work. Me: I would love to lay on the couch, but I have lots of Primary work to do. Trev: But Mom it won't work then. I truely love this little guy! He is the BEST thing to happen to me, next to my husband. I am really lucky! I love his faith and it reminds me everyday that I need to strengthen mine. Hope and Faith are such a BIG words in my vocabulary these days.
